You can start HealthMon from within the SMS Administrator console if you have already added HealthMon as a snap-in to the SMS Administrator console. Otherwise, you should access this tool from the Start menu.
To run HealthMon from within the SMS Administrator console:
Navigate to HealthMon in the SMS Administrator console, and then click the PLUS SIGN (+) next to HealthMon to expand the HealthMon tree.
To run HealthMon from the Start menu:
Click the Start button, point to Programs, Microsoft SMS HealthMon, and then click HealthMon. To expand the HealthMon tree, click the PLUS SIGN (+) next to HealthMon.
