You can use the Publish Connection option to reuse the creation information, or parameters, that you enter when you add storage systems. When you use this option, you do not have to re-enter the parameters again.
You can choose to publish storage system creation information to three different locations:
Another User: Give a specified storage administrator or ESI user access to a specific set of supported EMC storage systems and related EMC RecoverPoint or replication systems. Publish systems to a remote storage administrator.
ESI Service: Publish or register the storage systems to the ESI Service that you want the service to monitor.
ESI Exchange Extension: Publish EMC storage systems and related EMC replication systems to the Exchange extension, which propagates the system information to the other extensions on the other servers.

Removing or unpublishing systems from another user
You cannot unpublish a system from another user after publishing it with the Publish Connection action or with the ESI PowerShell Toolkit. However, you can remove the systems by running ESI under the user’s session and removing the system with the ESI Remove Systems action or the ESI PowerShell Toolkit.
