To find out if a Configuration Manager 2007 site is operating in mixed mode or native mode, use one of the following procedures.
To identify the site mode of a site using the site database home page:
- 
In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager 
- 
Click Site Database, and then view the home page in the results pane. 
- 
The home page will display one of the following to identify the current site mode: - This site is running in mixed mode
 
 
- This site is running in native
mode
 
 
 
- This site is running in mixed mode
To identify the site mode of a site using the Site Properties:
- 
In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Site Management. 
- 
Right-click <site code> - <site name> and then click Properties. 
- 
Click the Site Mode tab in the Site Properties dialog box, and then view the Site mode setting, which will display one of the following: - Mixed
 
 
- Native
 
 
 
- Mixed
-
