Configuration Manager records the following status message IDs when the site has successfully completed migration to native mode:

Use the following procedure to find status messages to verify that native mode migration for the site is complete.

To verify that native mode migration for the site is complete:

  1. In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / System Status / Status Message Queries.

  2. In the results pane, right-click the query All Status Messages, and then click Show Messages.

  3. In the All Status Messages dialog box, you are prompted for the time period for which you want to check status messages. Enter the time period or date and time, and then click OK.

  4. All status messages are displayed in the SMS Status Message Viewer. Click the Component column, and locate status messages with the components named SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER and SMS_POLICY_PROVIDER.

  5. Identify the following status messages:

    • 4629

    • 5116

  6. For more information about any of the status messages, right-click a status message, and then select Detail.

  7. View the information in the Status Message Details dialog box, and then click OK to close this dialog box, or click Previous or Next to view the details of other status messages.

  8. Click OK to close the Status Message Details dialog box, and close the SMS Status Message Viewer.
