The SMS Service account must have user-level security access to
the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server, which means
that one of the following conditions must be true:
The Network Discovery server (the computer running Network
Discovery) and the DHCP server are in the same domain.
The Network Discovery server and the DHCP server trust each
other.
The SMS Service account has the same user name and password as
a local machine account on the DHCP server.
The SMS Service account has the same user name and password as
an account in the DHCP server's domain.
