When the Configuration Manager 2007 ConfigMgr Status Message Viewer window is open, you can configure a number of options to specify how the results are displayed and how they can be exported for use outside of Configuration Manager 2007.
To set Status Message Viewer options

In ConfigMgr Status Message Viewer, click View, and then click Options.

In the Status Viewer Options dialog box, configure the following options as appropriate:
- On the General tab, specify whether
the status message display will automatically refresh, the number
of messages to display in the status message viewer window, and the
time zone in which to display status message time stamps.
- On the Columns tab, specify the
columns that will appear in the status message viewer window.
- On the Export tab, specify options to
control how status messages are exported to files and printed.
- On the Font tab, specify the font type
and size that will be used to display results in the Status Message
Viewer window.
- On the General tab, specify whether
the status message display will automatically refresh, the number
of messages to display in the status message viewer window, and the
time zone in which to display status message time stamps.

Click OK to close the Status Viewer Options dialog box.
