You can use Remote Control to view the desktop of a remote client and to use your keyboard and mouse as if you are using the keyboard and mouse at the selected client.
When you start the Remote Control utility, the Remote Control Client Viewer window opens. This window displays the client desktop to you, just as the user at the client sees it. When the Remote Control Client Viewer window is active, all your mouse actions and keystrokes are passed to the client and processed there.
Remote Control can be used on all remote clients and is available from the Remote Tools window.
