PolicySource is the source of the policy, in Configuration Manager 2007, in the format <Application>:<ID>. For Configuration Manager, <Application> is always "SMS" and <ID> is the site code. For example, when requesting policy assignments from Configuration Manager site "ABC", the PolicySource element would contain: "SMS:ABC"
