AMT-based computers in a Configuration Manager 2007 SP2 site can log specified auditing entries, which can then be viewed and exported by using the out of band management console.

Use the following procedure to configure AMT audit logging. To enable or disable auditing of the configured features or to clear or export the audit log on AMT-based computers, see How to Manage the Audit Log for AMT-Based Computers.

To configure AMT auditing

  1. In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Site Management / <site code> – <site name> / Site Settings / Component Configuration.

  2. Right-click Out of Band Management, click Properties, and then click the Audit Log tab.

  3. Select the AMT features that you want to audit, and then click OK
