The Set Backup Paths Dialog Box is used to select the paths used to store the site and database backup files.

When setting the backup path for backing up a secondary site, SQL Server and site database back up options are not visible. |
- Destination Options
- Contains the backup destination option selections.
- Local drive on site server for site data and database
- Select this option to store the site and site database backup files to a local drive on the site server computer. This option stores the site and site database backup files to the same location.
- Network path (UNC name) for site data and database
- Select this option to store the site and site database backup files to a network path location. This option stores the site and site database backup files to the same shared network drive location.
- Local drives on site server and SQL Server
- Select this option to store the site backup files on a local
drive of the site server and the site database backup files to a
local drive on the site database server.
Note This option is unavailable if the site database is hosted by the site server computer.
- Site and SQL backup destination:
- Displays the selected site and site database backup destination location.
- Browse
- Used to browse to a backup destination location (either a local drive or UNC path location).
- OK
- Saves the changes, and exits the dialog box.
- Cancel
- Exits the dialog box without saving any changes.
- Help
- Opens the help topic for this dialog box.
