How you install a Configuration Manager 2007 System Health Validator point depends on whether you first need to define the Network Policy Server as a site system server, or whether you are adding the System Health Validator point role to an existing site system server.

To install a System Health Validator point on a new site system server
- 
In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Site Management / <site code> – <site name> / Site Settings.

Right-click Site Systems, click New, and then click Server to launch the New Site System Server Wizard. 
- 
On the General page, specify the server name, and if you cannot use the site server computer account for installation specify an installation account, and then click Next.

On the System Role Selection page, select System Health Validator. 
- 
Click Next, click Finish, and then click Close. 
To install a System Health Validator point on an existing site system server
- 
In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Site Management / <site code> – <site name> / Site Settings.

Right-click the existing site system server to which you want to add the System Health Validator point, and then click New Roles to launch the New Site Roles Wizard. 
- 
On the General page, click Next. 
- 
On the System Role Selection page, select System Health Validator. 
- 
Click Next, click Finish, and then click Close.
