You should remove a Configuration Manager 2007 System Health Validator point if you no longer require this site system role on a Network Policy Server computer.

| Before removing a System Health Validator point, you must make sure that there is either another System Health Validator point for the site, or that the Network Policy Server has policies that grant network access and do not reference the Configuration Manager System Health Validator. Failing to do so might result in NAP-capable clients on this site being unable to access either the full or restricted network. |
Removing the System Health Validator point role removes all registry keys associated with this role. However, the SMS Executive service installs the following registry key, which you can manually delete if the server is not used for any other Configuration Manager service: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS.
To remove the System Health Validator point from a site system server

In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Site Management / <site code> – <site name> / Site Settings / Site Systems.

Click the server that has installed the System Health Validator point that you want to remove.

Select Configuration Manager System Health Validator, and then press Delete.

Click Yes to confirm.
