You can choose the type of notification that you receive when an administrator tries to gain access to your computer. If you select a visual indicator, you can choose the indicator type and the frequency of display. You can also choose a sound indicator. In addition, you can choose to receive a message that asks if you want to grant permission each time a remote administrator attempts to gain access to your computer.
To set remote control notification options

On a client computer, open Windows control panel.

Click Remote Control. 
- 
In the Remote Control Properties dialog box, click the Notification tab. 
- 
Select or clear the appropriate options. 
- 
Click OK to save your settings.
