The procedure in this topic shows you how to modify a report subscription you have created using SQL Reporting Services in Configuration Manager 2007 R2.

The information in this topic applies only to Configuration Manager 2007 R2 and Configuration Manager 2007 R3.

To modify a report subscription

  1. In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Computer Management / Reporting / Reporting Services / <Report Server Name>, and expand the node.

  2. Right-click a SQL Reporting Services report, and click Properties.

  3. On the Subscriptions tab of the Report Properties dialog box, view the subscriptions configured for this report.

  4. To delete a report subscription, select a subscription from the list and click the delete button.

  5. To modify a report subscription, select a subscription from the list and click the edit button to open the Report Subscription dialog box.

  6. On the Subscription Delivery tab of the Report Subscription dialog box, configure a delivery method and options for this report subscription. For more information, see Report Subscription Dialog Box: Subscription Delivery Tab.

  7. On the Subscription Schedule tab of the Report Subscription dialog box, configure a delivery schedule for this report. For more information, see Report Subscription Dialog Box: Subscription Schedule Tab.

  8. On the Subscription Parameters tab of the Report Subscription dialog box, configure parameters to be used when running this report. For more information, see Report Subscription Dialog Box: Subscription Parameters Tab

  9. Click OK to close the Report Subscription dialog box.

  10. Click OK to close the Report Properties dialog box.
