Use the Export tab of the Configuration Manager 2007 Status Viewer Options Properties dialog box to specify the appearance of status messages when they are copied, printed, or saved to a file.
This tab contains the following elements:
- Exported details
- Choose one of the following options:
- Only displayed columns: Specifies that
only the data that is currently displayed in the status message
viewer window will be exported.
- All possible columns: Specifies that
all status message data will be exported, including columns that
are not displayed in the status message viewer window.
- Only displayed columns: Specifies that
only the data that is currently displayed in the status message
viewer window will be exported.
- Information delimiter
- Choose one of the following options:
- Tab delimited: Specifies that exported
column data will be separated by the tab character.
- Comma delimited: Specifies that
exported column data will be separated by the comma character.
- Tab delimited: Specifies that exported
column data will be separated by the tab character.
- Export selection
- Choose one of the following options:
- Selected messages: Specifies that only
the status messages that are selected in the status message viewer
window will be exported.
- All messages: Specifies that all
status messages displayed in the status message viewer window will
be exported.
- Selected messages: Specifies that only
the status messages that are selected in the status message viewer
window will be exported.
- Force selection of export options for each report
- Specifies that you want to confirm export settings each time you export status messages.
- OK
- Saves the changes and exits the dialog box.
- Cancel
- Exits the dialog box without saving any changes.
- Apply
- Saves the changes and remains in the dialog box.
- Help
- Opens the help topic for this tab of the dialog box.
