Use the following procedure to modify a report you have created using SQL Reporting Services in Configuration Manager 2007 R2.

The information in this topic applies only to Configuration Manager 2007 R2 and Configuration Manager 2007 R3.

To modify a report

  1. In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Computer Management / Reporting / Reporting Services / <Report Server Name>, and expand the node.

  2. Right-click a SQL Reporting Services report, and click Properties.

  3. On the General tab of the Report Properties dialog box, you can specify a new name and description for the report. For more information, see Report Properties: General Tab.

  4. On the Datasets tab of the Report Properties dialog box, you can view and edit the SQL code for the report. For more information, see Report Properties: Datasets Tab.

  5. On the Subscriptions tab of the Report Properties dialog box, you can view and edit any subscriptions configured for the report. For more information, see Report Properties: Subscriptions Tab.

  6. On the Security tab of the Report Properties dialog box, you can view and edit the permissions assigned to the report. For more information, see Reporting Services Properties: Security Tab.

  7. Click OK to close the Report Properties dialog box.
