You can use Remote Reboot to restart a client.
When you are providing support for a remote client, you might have to restart the client to test a change to a startup procedure, to load a new configuration, or to restart when a client has locked up because of a hardware or software malfunction.
Caution From the SMS Administrator console, you cannot use CTRL+ALT+DELETE to restart a client when you have a Remote Control session running. Pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE opens the Windows NT Security window on your SMS Administrator console. However, you can restart a computer during a remote control session by simulating the CTRL+ALT+DELETE sequence.
Remote Reboot can be used on all remote clients and is available from the Remote Tools window.
