Create a Collection

Note    You must have Create permission for the Collection security object class to create a new collection.

1. 

   Navigate to Collections.

2.  Systems Management Server
      Site Database
        Collections

3. Right-click Collections, point to New, and then click Collection.
4. In the <New Collection> Collection Properties dialog box, complete the settings as follows:
5. • In the General tab, specify the general data for the collection.
   • In the Membership Rules tab, specify how and when resources are added to this collection.

After you create a collection, you can view inventory gathered from each client in the collection and advertise programs to those clients.
