When Software Inventory Agent begins an inventory cycle on a client, it first determines whether enough resources are available on the client for it to complete the inventory successfully. If resources are limited, the agent might skip file collection or not run at all. If the agent does not run, it will attempt to run within 24 hours from the current time.
The client must have the following minimum resources for Software Inventory Agent to successfully complete an inventory cycle:
