Use this tab to configure software processing and storage
processes for the Software Distribution component.
Package processing thread limit
The number of threads allocated to processing packages. By
default, the maximum number of threads is 3. Valid entries range
from 1 through 7 threads.
Location of stored packages
Specify the drive where packages are stored on the site server.
Drive on site server
The drive on the local site where compressed packages are
stored (for example, C:\).
Windows NT client software installation account
The Windows NT client software installation account used to run
a program on a Windows NT client when no user is logged on. To
enter the account information in the Windows NT Account dialog
box, click Set.
Note If you do not specify a domain
with the account name, SMS will automatically prepend the client
computer's domain.
