The following procedures provide two ways to change the columns that are displayed in a view and the order in which the columns appear. Any changes that you make to the console display remain the next time that you open the console.
To select columns for a view by using Select Columns:-
Display the view that you want to modify.
-
On the toolbar, click Columns.
-
In the Select Columns dialog box, select each property that you want to add to the results display. To remove a column, clear the check box for the property.
-
To change the order of the columns, highlight a column header and click Move Up or Move Down.
-
Display the view that you want to modify.
-
In the results pane, right-click anywhere in the column headers to display a list of properties from which to choose. To add a column to the results display, select the check box for the property. To remove a column, clear the check box for a property.
-
To change the order of the columns that display in the results pane, drag the column header left or right in the header row to where you want the column.
-
To sort the objects by the values in a different column, click the column header.
