Parameters

criteria

The criteria that filters the alerts. Only alerts that match the criteria are counted. For information about the criteria syntax, see Operations Manager Data Queries Overview.

monitoringClass

Only alerts that are related to this monitoring class are counted.

traversalDepth

A value that specifies the scope of the counted results. A value of OneLevel includes only instances of the specified class in the scope of the counted results. A value of Recursive includes instances of the specified class and all instances that are contained by those instances.

Return Value

An integer value.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
