Use the Operations Manager 2007 Setup Wizard to deploy the Reporting Server. You must deploy the Reporting data warehouse before deploying the Reporting Server.
The Microsoft .NET Framework version 3.0 components must be installed on the computer before deploying the Reporting data warehouse. Run the Operations Manager 2007 Prerequisite Viewer to ensure that the .NET Framework version 3.0 components are installed.
Operations Manager 2007 does not support the installation of the Reporting Server on a computer that also functions as an Active Directory domain controller.
Important |
---|
Before you perform this procedure, be sure that the account you plan to use for the Reporting data warehouse Write account has SQL Login rights and is an Administrator on the Operations Manager database. Otherwise, setup fails and all changes are rolled back, which might leave SQL Reporting Services in an inoperable state. |
For information about troubleshooting the deployment of Reporting, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=79243.
