Create Advertisement
The Create Advertisement object will
create a new SMS advertisement. Configuring the Create
Advertisement object is similar to configuring an SMS advertisement
using the SMS Administrator Console.
Note: The Opalis Client and Action
Server user accounts must have sufficient rights to view programs,
collections, and packages as well as create advertisements.
How it is used
The Create Advertisement object can
be used to automatically install essential software during the
provisioning of servers.
Configuration
To configure the Create
Advertisement object you will need to know the name of SMS Server
as well as the package, program, and collection that the
advertisement belongs to.
