
Unlock User
The Unlock User object enables you
to unlock a user account that has been locked because of too many
failed logon attempts.
How it is used
Use the Unlock User to automatically
unlock a user’s account as part of an automated process driven by
custom self-service portal.
Configuration
To configure the Unlock User object
you need to know which connection you would like to use and the
idenity of the user.
Properties Tab
Connection

Click the ellipsis button
(...) and select the
Microsoft Active Directory connection that you want to use.

Identity
|
Type the DN, SID, GUID, UPN or Domain\Name of the user
that you want to unlock.
