Deleting cluster disks

To delete one or more cluster disks from a host cluster:

  1. In the left pane of the ESI window, select a host cluster.

  1. Select one or more cluster disks to be deleted.

Note: To select multiple disks from the list, press and hold Ctrl and select each disk. Each disk is highlighted as it is selected.

  1. In the Actions pane, click Delete Cluster Disk.

  2. The Remove Cluster Disk wizard appears.  

  3. Verify the cluster disk details, and then click Next.

  4. Click Yes when prompted for confirmation again.

  5. In the Review Input Parameters page, review the settings, and then click Next to confirm them.

  6. In the Progress page, click Next.

Note: Click More Information for more progress details. If a problem occurs while you are deleting a disk, an error message appears along with options to resume or roll back the process. After you resolve the error, click Resume to resume the process. Click Rollback to revert to the previously executed step.

  1. In the Summary page, click Finish.
