Enabling Exchange failover

You can enable a third-party or native Exchange DAG. This action is the same as the Enable-EmcExchangeFailover ESI PowerShell cmdlet in that it enables a failover.

To enable a failover for an Exchange DAG:

1. In the left pane of the ESI window, select Applications > Exchange and the applicable mailbox forest.

2. In the center pane, select the DAG to update.

3. In the Actions pane, click Enable Exchange Failover.

4. Click Yes when prompted for confirmation.
