Configuration Manager 2007 supports running sequenced applications created using the Microsoft Application Virtualization Platform. Configuration Manager 2007 virtual application packages can run on target computers without having to install the software application locally.

The information in this topic applies only to Configuration Manager 2007 R2 and Configuration Manager 2007 R3.
