Collection Limiting Dialog Box

This dialog box appears when you attempt to run a query that has the Prompt for collection option set.

Not collection limited
The query runs without being limited to a specific collection.
Limit to collection
The query runs against the specified collection. Type the collection name or click Browse to locate and select a collection in the Browse Collection dialog box.

Note    You cannot specify more than one collection. If you need to limit a query but would like to query more than one collection, create a new collection that includes the desired collections.
