Remote Tools Client Agent Properties Dialog Box: Policy Tab

Use this tab to specify the Remote Tools policy settings for all clients in the site. You can specify whether users can change these policy settings in the General tab.

Level of remote access allowed
Specifies Remote Tools access options. You can select full, limited, or no Remote Tools access. If you select Limited, click Settings to specify the default settings.
Access permission
Specify whether users are prompted with a dialog box requesting permission to use Remote Tools on the computer.
Display a message to ask for permission
Users are prompted with a dialog box requesting permission to use Remote Tools on the computer.
Do not ask for permission
Users will not be prompted with a dialog box. Instead, administrators can use Remote Tools on the computer without requesting permission.
