This is the product About box. It shows product build number and product ID. For evaluation version of SCRM this dialog shows the expiry date.
To display this dialog box, navigate to the Microsoft System Center Reporting Manager 2006 node in the console tree, right-click, and then click About Microsoft System Center Reporting Manager 2006... in the displayed context menu.
The Add Data Source wizard enables you to add a data source in SCRM 2006.

In the New DTS Job Dialog Box: Schedule Tab, if you click the Advanced button, you will view this dialog. You can specify advanced settings for the job schedule. For example, you can specify the end date, repeat settings, duration of the task, etc.;
In the Report Collections Folder page of Import Reports wizard, you need to point to the directory, which contains the report collection files you wish to import. You can browse for this directory using the Browse for Server dialog box.

In the Add Data Source wizard Data Source Server page, you need to browse and specify the data source server, in the Browse for Server dialog box.
In the Add Data Source wizard Data Source Server page, if the data source type is MOM 2005 SP1 and above, the wizard checks the data source server for SQL instances. Here, if the combination of server, SQL instance, and database has been used, you will view this warning dialog box.

This is a standard MMC Customize View dialog box.
To display this dialog box, navigate to the Microsoft System Center Reporting Manager 2006 node in the console tree, right-click, and then click View-Customize in the displayed context menu.When specifying the data retention period in the MOM Data Retention Policy dialog box, you will view a warning dialog to inform you that data associated with the selected data retention group will be removed after the specified number of days.
See: Setting MOM Data Retention PolicyIn the Add Data Source wizard General Page, you are required to enter or edit the input for Data source name property. Here, data source names must be unique in the data warehouse. If not, the Data Source Name Already Exists dialog box is displayed.

If you choose to disable a specific data source, you will view the Disable Data Source Confirmation dialog box. All jobs associated with that data source will also be disabled.

In case, you have not provided all the required specifications, you will view this warning dialog box.
