The Data Warehouse node displays jobs, history, and settings of all the existing DTS jobs and grooming jobs.
Jobs | This node is a global
view of all the existing DTS jobs and grooming jobs. The
Results pane displays a
list-view grid of the
jobs.
Use this node to create New DTS Jobs in SCRM 2006 by selecting the required option in the corresponding context menu. The corresponding Results pane displays a list-view grid that contains a row for each currently existing DTS and grooming job. You can sort this grid by every column. The default sort order is by Last Run Time in descending order. Double-click a row in the Results pane to display the properties dialog box for the selected DTS or grooming job. History | This node contains the job
execution history for all the DTS jobs and grooming jobs that
have run on the Data Warehouse.
The Results pane displays the job history in a list-view grid. |
Settings | This node contains global settings for the data warehouse. It
has no child nodes in the
scope tree, only leaf nodes
in the Results pane. The Leaf
nodes are: Fiscal
Calendar, MOM Data
Retention Policy, SMS Data Retention
Policy

When you select the Data Warehouse node in the scope tree, the Results pane displays a list-view grid that contains three child nodes. SCRM 2006 sorts this grid by Name, alphabetically ascending. This sort order cannot be changed.
To select an item in the scope tree, double-click a row in the Results pane. This refreshes the Results pane showing the children of the new selected item.
