Configuring Data Warehouse Settings

SCRM 2006 incorporates the following setting types:

• Fiscal Calendar
• MOM Data Retention Policy
• SMS Data Retention Policy

To configure these settings, perform the following:

• Navigate to the Data Warehouse -Settings node in the scope pane. In the results pane, right-click the required setting type, and select Properties to view the Properties dialog box for the selected global setting type.
• • The Fiscal Calendar setting displays the Fiscal Calendar dialog box.
  • The MOM Data Retention Policy setting displays the MOM Data Retention Policy dialog box.
  • The SMS Data Retention Policy setting dialog box displays the SMS Data Retention Policy dialog box.

   

• Alternately, you can double-click the required setting type in the Results pane to view the corresponding Properties dialog box.
