Add Data Source Wizard: General

Enter the input for the Data source name property in the Data source name text box.
See : Data Source Name Already Exists
Click Next to display the Confirmation page for MOM 2005 SP1 and above data source and Account name page for SMS 2003 SP2 and above data source.

Note:

Data source names must be unique in the data warehouse.
You can also enter or edit the data source description property in the Data source description text box.
