Add Data Source Wizard: Data Source Database Page

Verify the data source server name in the Data source server text box.
Verify the Data source SQL Server instance name in the Data source SQL Server instance text box.
Enter the name of the SMS database for this data source in the Data source database text box
Click Next. This verifies if the combination of data source server, data source SQL instance, and data source database has been used by another data source.

If the combination of settings has been used, the wizard displays the Conflicting Data Source dialog. See: Conflicting Data Source warning dialog box

After the wizard validates the combination of data source server, SQL instance, and database, it navigates to the General page.
