Use this page of the Create a unit monitor wizard to specify the value against which the threshold value is compared and the number of samples used to compute the threshold.

Name	Description
Value	A list of comparison operators (in word form) and a spin box of numerical values to compare the threshold value against.
Number of samples	The number of samples to be used to compute the threshold.
