You can modify properties of a package, such as the installation and removal parameters, the name, and the description.

To modify a package

  1. In the Essentials console, click Software.

  2. In the Software pane, expand Software Packages, and then click All Software Packages.

  3. In the All Software Packages pane, right-click the software package that you want to modify, and then click Properties.

  4. In the <package> Properties dialog box, use the General and Installation tabs to make the needed changes, and then click OK.
