Use the MOMCertImport tool to edit the registry and remove certificates that have been imported.

To remove a certificate that was imported with the MOMCertImport tool

Log on to the computer with an account that is a member of the Administrators group.

On the Windows desktop, click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

On the Registry Editor page, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, expand SOFTWARE, expand Microsoft, expand Microsoft Operations Manager, expand 3.0, and then click Machine Settings.

In the results pane, right-click ChannelCertificateSerialNumber, and then click Modify.

In the Edit Binary Value dialog box, select the binary data, and then press Delete.
