Use this dialog box to specify settings for the database grooming process.

This dialog box contains the following elements.

Records to delete

Lists the types of records in the database.

Older than

Indicates a time period after which such records are deleted.

Edit

Opens a dialog box in which you can modify the time period after which records of the selected type are deleted.
