Use the Company Knowledge tab of the Rule Properties dialog box to view or modify the knowledge article that is specific to your company.

This tab contains the following elements.

Edit

Opens a Microsoft Word template where you can create or modify the knowledge article.
Save

Saves your knowledge article to the Management Pack.
