The following misconfiguration message can appear when an Exchange Server 2007 role connects to a perimeter when it should not, or when an Exchange Server 2007 role must connect to a perimeter network but does not:
The Hub Transport Server role must not be connected to a perimeter network.
The Mailbox Server role must not be connected to a perimeter network.
The Client Access Server role must not be connected to a perimeter network.
The Edge Transport Server role must be connected to a perimeter network.
The Active Directory directory server role must not be connected to a perimeter network.
Typically, this adjustment message appears when you have modified the capacity model by connecting an Exchange Server role to a perimeter network.
