System Center Capacity Planner 2007 enables you to create a capacity model that simulates application and hardware infrastructure. This version of Capacity Planner includes models for Microsoft Exchange Server. Other application models may also be available in the future. You can then build and customize the capacity model to plan your deployment of the application.
To help you build and customize your capacity model, the following Help sections provide step-by-step procedures for using Capacity Planner:
- Capacity

Planner Model Wizard to define your application and hardware
infrastructure as a capacity model.
- Capacity

Planner Model Editor to refine and validate your capacity
model.
- Capacity

Planner Model Wizard or Model Editor to simulate the performance of
your application and hardware infrastructure in your capacity
model.
- Capacity
