To add capacity to your capacity model, you can use the Capacity Planner Model Editor to change a client type. Changing a client type might result in reduced network traffic between the client and server.

To change a client type

  1. Navigate to the Site Topology view in Model Editor.

  2. Click the client profile to update.

  3. Click Edit client profile.

  4. In the Component list, add or remove components that define clients in the profile.

  5. If necessary, you can also update other information in the Edit Client Profile action dialog.
