Top > Managing Incidents, Problems and Change Requests > Creating an incident from a hardware asset item
If you create incidents or change work items related to a computer CI, they are not automatically linked to the hardware asset and therefore do not appear under related work items for the hardware asset.
Go to the IT Asset Management Pack workspace and expand Hardware Asset Management > Hardware Assets > All Hardware Assets.
Select or open the asset and in the Tasks pane click Create Related Incident.
