Troubleshooting e-mail notifications

If you are not receiving e-mail notifications, ensure that they are not being sent to your Junk e-mail folder. It is possible to change the e-mail address that sends the notifications, to an address that is not considered as junk.

To change the return e-mail address for all your notifications:

  1. Go to the Administration workspace and expand Notifications > Channels.

  2. In the view, select E-Mail Notification Channel.

  3. In the Tasks pane click Properties. The Configure E-Mail Notification Channel form opens.

  4. Click Enable e-mail notifications.

  5. Enter your preferred e-mail address in the Return e-mail address field.
