Resolve an Alert

Use the MOM Operator console to resolve alerts.

To resolve an alert:

  1. In the Results pane, right-click the alert that you want to resolve, and click Set Alert Resolution State to.
  2. Select one of the following resolution states:
    • New
    • Resolved
    • Acknowledged
    • Level 1: Assigned to help desk or local support
    • Level 2: Assigned to subject matter expert
    • Level 3: Requires scheduled maintenance
    • Level 4: Assigned to external group or vendor
