Removing Exchange resources by using XML

Use the RemoveExchangeResources procedure of the Exchange Resource Manager namespace to remove public and private stores from the pool of resources managed by Exchange Resource Manager. This procedure is restricted to Domain Administrators.

This procedure generates an error if you try to remove a resource from the pool when the resource is being used by a Web site. You must deallocate the resource before you remove it from the pool.
