This procedure, unlike others, assumes that the corresponding
object exists in Active Directory but its msExchMailboxGUID has
been modified since the creation of the mailbox through Microsoft
Provision System (MPS). This can happen when a deleted mailbox is
recovered through Exchange.
The procedure should test for OrgCreators.
