Where Can I Locate the OCO/Lync Online Files?

MOSDAL stores the following files and folders in the Communicator folder of the MOSDAL Report.

NOTE: All files included in the Communicator folder are not described below:

If a customer is having an OCO or Lync Online issue, only the Data Collection portion of MOSDAL NEEDS to be run. However, MOSDAL’s Network Diagnostics also provides traces to the specific OCO and Lync Online ports, verifying whether the ports are open and accessible to the client. As such, users should always run MOSDAL’s ND and DC for OCO or Lync Online issues.

NOTE: MOSDAL should work with Communicator 2005, 2007, 2007 R2, and Microsoft Lync Online 2010. It does not collect log files for any other Instant Messaging (IM) product.
