Management Pack Licenses Required

This report summarizes total number of Base Application Management Pack Licenses required. The report lists all scanned computers that require Base Application Management Pack licenses. All computers that have agents installed are listed before computers that are scanned but have no agents installed. The columns of this report are defined as follows:

Computer

Provides the name of each computer that the Agent Manager detects.

Application Management Packs Required

Specifies the Application Management Packs required to monitor the detected computer.

Number of Processors

Specifies the number of processors present in the computer listed in the Computer column.

Agent Installed?

Indicates whether an agent is installed on the detected computer.

The total number of Base and Application Management Pack licenses required is given at the end of the list of computers. The number of Base Management Pack licenses required is made up from the total number of processors present in the machines that have the Microsoft Operations Manager 2000 (MOM) agent installed. The number of Application Management Pack licenses required is made up from the number of processors that require Application Management Pack and have the MOM agent installed.
